The Beyond Shades team went well beyond what I expected. Rachel was a fantastic collaborator, listening to our issues with the current treatment and proposing a solution I hadn't considered. In the end, we got a product which we liked much better than what we'd imagined. The room looks wonderful, and the blinds are a great fit with the look and feel of the room and how we use the space. After ordering, Victoria kept in touch with me to let me know the status of my custom order, and scheduled installation as soon as the product was available. The installation was quick, professional, and clean. I was given a thorough demonstration of how to use and maintain the new blinds (even though they are very intuitive to operate, I appreciated the attention to detail!). I'll definitely do business with this company again!

The whole process was quick and efficient. I met with the designer a couple of days after I called. Other places I called were not available until three weeks later. The designer/consultant knows their product (Hunter Douglas) and was good with making the selection process flow smoothly. It took around 3 weeks to get the blinds installed after we met with the designer. They kept us updated on the status of the order. We love our blinds and would use their services again.

Fabulous! From the sales rep to the installers, my experience was A+. They all showed up on time and completed their work efficiently. I did not do a lot of price comparison, but I wanted Hunter Douglas due to the quality. I was very pleased with the products and the installation was totally smooth. Highly recommend this company!

Great, everything progressed just as it was explained. The shutters are beautiful and the room looks awesome!! The designer was extremely helpful and showed us exactly what the finished product would look like upon completion and she guided us through the selection process. Rachel was very thorough and had some great ideas. She totally talked me into adding the powered shades with remote control and app controller. Love them! So glad she talked me into it!
