BDK Quality Services in Villa Park installers were not in my opinion professional. They didn't speak English and they installed a ceramic tile floor and we had to rip it all up because it wasn't even. The grout lines were uneven and you could like trip on the tiles because they weren't leveled. They didn't put in a level sub-floor and on one side they put in I think 1/2 inch plywood and on the other side they put 3/4 inch plywood. I think what he wanted to do was the opposite because I remember the review I wrote for Rob and I think he saw a single woman and was like, "I'll just take advantage of her and she can't possibly know what's going on," and just did an absolutely awful job. They did it on their own time and it took over a month to get this installed and it was really a 2 or 3 day job. I had to pay for extra time and a little rental apartment because there was no running water and stuff like that.
