Dropped computer off on a Tuesday at the Carol Stream drop off office; was told it would be 2 to 3 days and they would call. After 5 days went by, I went by the office and was told computer was at Villa Park office and they were running diagnostics and it might be back that day, but not likely and they would be closed the next day so to call Monday. Called Monday and was told computer not back yet, but would definitely be back on Tuesday and that all they did was clean it and run the diagnostic and that it would be another $39.99. Note: initial problem was that motherboard was running hot.
Got the computer home on Tuesday (a week after it went in) and found they tried to download some software onto it (without asking.) I didn't appreciate having anything installed (or even attempted to be installed) without asking me first. Felt there was very poor communications. They had phone numbers; they could have used them.
