Tune-up of lawnmower was horrible. Among other things they failed to put oil in after changing oil. Or, possibly never changed it just charged me for it. When I called I was blown off. Needless to say, customer service was horrible.

I was originally told it would take a week or 10 days to complete given they were busy. I had to continue calling to get updates and after 3 weeks told them I would come back in to pick-up the mower. They got it running, but did not address all of the issues. I found the owner to be dismissive with me and lacked any sense of accountability for providing good customer service. To top it all off, they were expensive and tried up-selling me on additional repairs. I will not be a future customer of AJ's.
