Steve and his son cleaned our air vents. They were both very polite, friendly and helpful in answering my questions. They arrived on time and walked through the house to locate all the registers. Then they sat down to go over pricing, sign the disclaimers (you might get a little dust, might have a and quot;burnt toast smelland quot; for a day, don't know of any asbestos/lead inthe house, that sort of thing). Then they got to work. Took about 3 hours or so. They were considerate and put on booties when walking on our carpet upstairs. Cleaned up well after themselves: primarily in the basement where they had to sweep - there was no visible dust in any of the upstairs rooms. This is a NOISY service. I suspect this is true for all of the air duct cleaners. Steve took before and after pictures to show the clean metal - writing the date in the dust and then on the vent to prove that these weren't just old pictures. Overall I was impressed by their service and would recommend them without hesitation. Felt they were thorough in their work, honest and considerate in my home.

I was very happy with this service. They went out to get a filter replacement for our furnace ( because it was bent up) before they got started. They were honest and explained the process of the cleaning. They worked very quickly and I noticed a much cleaner system than before. A day or so later I did notice a bit of leaking from our furnace and I called up Steve to see if it could have been connected to the service. He was very responsive and willing to come right out and check it. He ended up cleaning a section that had gotten gummed up and even bought a small part to fix an issue that existed. He did all of this free of charge and was happy to do it. He also did some extra taping in an area to make sure our AC was efficient. We have had no issues since he came back to resolve the issue. I felt Steve went above and beyond to make sure that the ducts were cleaned and in working order, but also he took time to make sure the HVAC system was working as efficiently as before if not more efficiently than before. I also felt confident that he was willing to help me with the leak regardless if it even resulted from the cleaning. Thanks for your great service and taking pride in your work. I would recommend Airborne to anyone needing duct cleaning services.

Steve the owner and his son came over to clean my ducts today and did a wonderful job. I have allergies and this really helps me when it's done well. They are efficient, nice, and easy to work with, and his son Zach is very polite and helpful. I was really pleased with how punctual and attentive they were to all my questions and needs. I really like that they are a father and son team and honest to show you photos of before and after. It only took a couple of hours and they are both dog friendly which is a plus for me! I really like that he owns the company and does the work himself that is important to me. Excellent work

Steve was great at explaining things and showed up promptly to do the cleaning. We had gone back and forth about whether we should clean the ducts -- since there seems to be a debate about whether it actually helps indoor air quality -- but after seeing the amount of dust, etc. that came out of the ducts, I am glad we did it. The equipment was large but was able to fit down into our basement; the whole job took a couple of hours. It was a little noisy, but not too bad. There was also a bit of dust coating things afterwards, but he did say that was common, given the nature of the work, so I'm not going to complain. He showed me and quot;beforeand quot; and and quot;afterand quot; photographs of the ducts so I could get a good sense of the work they did to clean them. Again, Steve was very good at explaining, not patronizing, and easy to work with. I also really liked that he was able to take credit cards, and didn't complain about having to do it -- so many contractors give you a hard time if you want to pay that way! I would choose them again -- although he said ducts really only need to be cleaned every 10 years...

Steve and his son spent a half of a day setting up and cleaning the ducts. At the end of the session they showed me how much dust/dirt they had collected which was considerable. They were efficient, thorough and cleaned up beautifully. Apparently, the owner, Steve, is a "master teacher" who helped develop the standards of practice for duct cleaning. I doubt if you can find anyone finer to do this job! I was extremely pleased with their work. (Plus the price was right!)
