They were great and provided subcontractors for the installation. I used them at two different houses and am about ready to use them at a third house. Their people are great and we love them. We are going back for more.

Great service. Came when they said on a Sunday to measure and installed without me present. Good work and a fairly reasonable price. Nice people.

I had used Wholesale Carpet Design a few years ago, after looking at every carpet store in a 15 mile radius. They had the best prices by far and excellent service. This time I didn't look around, but went directly to them. They found exactly what I was looking for. The price was still great, and installation was speedy with very courteous installers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Better than expected. The sales experience was good. Larry was friendly and informative and there was no pressure to go with higher priced product. He was concious of our budget. In the end, our own research and some Mohawk literature convinced us to go with a new, better "eco" carpet fiber called Smartstrand (the Mohawk name for it). It looks beautiful and promises easier cleaning and comparable wear to good nylon. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. As I said, the sales and installation experience went well and exceeded expectations. Time will tell if the new Triexta (Dupont) corn fiber will live up to the marketing.

Joe, the installer, was great. He arrived on time and started work immediately. There were two layers of old vinyl flooring that had to be removed first. On the old flooring, there was an area at the base of the stairs that had a crack in the flooring, leading us to believe the subfloor would have to be replaced. When Joe took up the old flooring, he discovered the subfloor was not damaged and would not have to be replaced. The installation took one entire day, and the only break Joe took was at lunch time. The workmanship is great and the floor looks fantastic. Joe set up his table saw outside and even cleaned up that area when he was through. This is the second time we have purchased from this company. Previously, we had then replace the carpet in our living room, stairs and upstairs hallway.
