"I aim to please . i edited my initial response because dealing with your situation was to bizarre in my 22 years following threw on task completing work for clients. i gave you value in bleaching scrubbing every wall which took 2 to 3 days mold removal. to me that'[Member Information Removed] a $600 to 1k charge i gave to you free because both of you are unemployed and your roof has major issues which you didn't know unless i addressed to you in one unit. the third unit i pointed out a hissing sound from a spickett. and turned off water saving you money. all drywall gave to you free of charge. you paid me $3730.00 for work completed . No problems and added a top of exterior to be completed while roofers fixing roof i feel you stopped the job because the issues you found are eating in to the loan amount given is mixed with personnel expenses and business, this person complemented my crew of color and workmanship the day exterior started. 4 days later i receive a phone call saying i never told you i want exterior done/ .then this person says i m condescending because i have text and email telling me to go ahead.with work. like i said i aim to please. these people have a different agenda. i have a shout out to angies list . do you pre screen your commercial leads that the viable party has income? i wish to stay posiive and add this to a experience of dealing with a bi polar outcome."

"Do not cast your doubt and shame upon me. Your company Mice Hunters is responsible for the damage. THE owner of the company falling threw the ceiling to remove bats in the attic. He pleaded for me to come to this job since ( finding me on internet doing google search not Angies list) he cannot find any drywall businesses in crystal lake. I drove 30 miles one way to help this blundering company who makes holes in homeowner houses to extinguish rodents and was told by owner of mice hunters they fall threw ceilings often and need a drywall person. description of job; foyer area 25 feet by 40 then upstairs landing 80 feet by 6 plus repair 22 inches by 38 inches. Gave estimate of just $680.00 treated as 8 foot ceiling instead of 22 feet high. my intention was below normal pricing to do more work for Mice hunters.. Did repair first nite install 2 coats and painted upstairs landing 80 feet by 6, second nite after giving third coat skim to repaired drywall started cutting in large foyer area found rough areas of hard durobond not sanded previous patch work on ceiling . could not see when gave estimate . Called mice hunters and talked to a male secretary who is a pompous a****** when I discovered a additional probem who responded to me that it should be part of prep included in price. I explained not so if I have to pull scaffaling out to fix additional cost. So I honored my contract fixed hole and painted ceiling and informed third party of my concerns which they didn't want to pay for rough areas. what's important here is the owner of mice hunters wrote check out immediately gave to homeowner and stated give this check to him/me only if completely satisfied. When I finished looked everything over with spot light because of overcast day, I was paid . I am disappointed with angies list to accept this review because they joined week after job completed and joined to give me a negative review and not to compete with other angie list contractors. To receive such a harsh review dealing with 2 third partys. because this [Member Name Removed] person is the owner/ the person who wrote this review is the male secretary who begins by stating a employee fell threw. the ceiling. No I met the person who fell threw ceiling wasn't employee. I did not involve home owner with other area troubled because my contract was with mice hunters. my advice to home owners who have mice problems buy a cat."
