After a week or so, we received a call saying one poster was finished, but that there had been some problems with the other and that it would be another week. When we picked them up, the smaller one had no wire for hanging and the clerk fixed that, but did not bother to fix the clips which were not fully installed. I fixed them myself. The large poster was rumpled in the frame. After much discussion, they agreed that the framer had been doing a "preservation framing" to avoid any damage to the value of the poster. However, they had wrinkled the poster and we were sure we had requested and paid for dry mounting. The manager suggested dry mounting and offered to do it for no extra charge. He called less than two hours later to say the framing was ready. It looked much better but took two trips and effort on our part to get it right. All in all, it seemed like the experience was not a positive one even though the end product on both posters was ok.
