Furniture - Sales
THE SALESPERSON IN THE STORE WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD 1 1/2 HOURS & THEN NEEDED TO BE SOMEWHERE. AFTER WAITING 1/2 HOUR, SHE HAD ME FILL OUT MY OWN SALES SLIP & LEAVE IT WITH HER. SHE DID LATER CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW APPROXIMATE WAIT TIMES FOR THE ITEMS & TO LET ME KNOW THE CREDIT CARD INFO ''WENT THROUGH''. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE STAFFING POLICIES ARE, BUT IN SUCH SITUATIONS, THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO CALL SOMEONE IN TO HELP OUT (I.E., A MANAGER OR SALESPERSON FROM ANOTHER AREA). WHEN THE MATTRESSES WERE DELIVERED THEY FAILED TO CALL & LET ME KNOW THE TIME WINDOW. I CALLED THE DAY OF DELIVERY & THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN TRACKING DOWN MY ORDER & GETTING IT SCHEDULED FOR LATER THAT DAY.
