Overall, Lowe's did a good job helping replace my old toilets, but there were some limitations.  First, like any big box or big corporate, delivery window's aren't great.  The installer, Brian, was about an hour later than the deliver window. However, I was called and informed of the delay.  The install itself went fine, and I felt that the lowe's customer service and phone people were top notch.  For instance, we did have one challenge that Lowe's wouldn't touch (the collar, after toilet removed, was broken)  Lowe's was super efficient and easy to work with the refund me that portion of install.  I did have to call an expert to finish the job, but at least I wasn't paying for it twice.

Very smoothly, quality is good.  responded to my questions and requests.

Tony Church, Loweand quot;s blinds representative, helped me with the different brands and models (many choices). Tony went through

each style (pros and cons). I went home to decide the material and color of the blinds. I ordered 15 custom blinds for my regular

windows and 4 basement windows (in stock blinds cut to size). When Tony had the measurements from Keith we went through

every window measurement and the blind style and color very carefully.

Before the order was taken their installer ,Keith Sonne, came and measured my windows meticulously. He gave me good ideas and understanding about the installation. He did an excellent job with the installation.

Everything was done on time. Their store service rep called me before the blinds were delivered to make sure I called the store

when the blinds arrived to make an installation appointment. Lowe's was very 'on the ball'.

I am very pleased with everything.

I had a total discount of $533.00 dollars, the blinds discount at the time and a 10% discount for opening a Lowe's charge card.

they came out and gave a measure. they sent me the quote, gave me ideas on how to save some money. all very smooth transactions.

When the shipment came to us, it didn't have everything included in it. I called them up and they took care of it immediately. They were incredibly responsive and on top of everything and it seemed like they knew what they were doing. The blinds fit perfectly and we were happy.

I had a pretty good experience with LOWES. The project went pretty smoothly. I would use them again in the future.
