Ray has worked on our house multiple times, so easy to communicate issues and he is very good at finding the easiest and lowest cost solution.

We contacted Ray to help us get our newly purchased old home ready for Direct TV install after having had a Direct TV contractor come out and indicate he could not do the job in the time Direct TV allowed. So we did some homework and had several companies come out to give us quotes and go over what it would take to get our surround sound wiring up and running and TV's ready for Direct TV's next visit. Ray presented as honest, trustworthy, and shared cost effective ways to do the work. He went above and beyond in helping us figure out the crazy wiring in our house and get things ready to go and in working order. His work team that did both jobs were professional and hardworking (and did a nice job dealing with a stress out home owner). Ray again went above and beyond by personally coming over the day of the Direct TV install to consult with them and monitor their set up so everything would stay properly wired. We even had HT Squared come back to get rid of all the dead phone and cable cords in the basement because it was a maze of wires! We could not recommend HT Squared enough and will be using Ray again to do any needed work when we save up enough money to do an addition!

Ray Finato answered my call. Set an appointment the next day. Ray diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the issues within 1 hour. He is very professional, and a technology subject expert. I would highly reccomend this service for new, or service repair.

The whole experience was great. Ray was helpful from start to finish. As we finished the basement we talked to Ray several times to make sure the prep pre-wiring was done to our specs. Ray spent a lot of time with me talking about how we ultimately want to use our equipment. With that information Ray was able to determine how the pre-wiring needed to be completed. During the installation they not only installed the equipment, they re-configured the cable wiring. If you've ever had other cable companies in your home wiring up their system (we've had them all) you may have a jumbled mess of wires in your home. Not anymore. It's now set up in a neat efficient manner. They also relocated our dish to less conspicuous place which won't be interfered with by trees. A few weeks after installation was complete, we had a few questions. Ray was there to help us and even called us several weeks later to make sure we were happy. Ray and his people are friendly and knowledgeable. If and when I add or change out my equipment, Ray will be the first person I call.

Perfect! With the detailed, up front estimates and work schedules we proceeded with a 50% deposit, the schedule for work to begin was about two weeks and on the agreed date the work began. Mr. Finato along with his team of audio visual and computer experts arrived on time and performed the desired installation which included a new HD cable distribution system, new router and servers, new Blue-Rey players, new integrated remotes, surge protection as required and worked closely with the internet installers to optimize the new HD receivers and programed independent remotes for ease of operation in two locations. Also integrated during the process was the change over of telephone service provision and the appropriate technical consideration for the cable service to provide HDTV, telephone, and computer services to existing locations and to the two new HDTV equipment. We were impressed with the professional approach to the work, all equipment was on hand, no extra trips were required, everyone was neat in appearance and the work sites were left clean and all trash was removed to our trash location. In addition, Mr. Finato personally called later in the evening to see how we were navigating with our new remotes and if the systems were meeting and exceeding our expectations? We were pleased to report all systems were OK, he clarified a few of our questions and we enjoyed our new entertainment system. About ten days later, one of the interfaces to one location where a Mac system was connected into the HDTV we had an issue, Mr. Finato came out, discovered an issue with the Mac end and solved same within an hour at no added cost. After some very poor experience with other major appliance stores on trying to upgrade to HDTV services and another internet company that did not want to change an antenna location we sought and hired HT Squared as an independent technical adviser to provide advice that would serve our requirements. HT provided the right advice, ordered the correct equipment, had the right people to professionally install, integrate and optimize the various products and systems into a cost effective and upgraded communications and entertainment system-working together effectively. Start to finish about three weeks. We highly recommend HT Squared. They provided the integrated services and equipment we required.

We recently had the pleasure of working with HT Squared, an audio-video company, to provide wiring for cable service, add a computer jack, and install a plasma TV.
