To bring it in the house they managed to break off the handle and come back and replaced the door it was on a dryer. The biggest hustle came in terms of when this was set up, as you know when you take a credit card with him what they do is they use you telephone number for the information. The number that they had had two names under my name and somebody else's name and the other person it had nothing to do with him he didn't live even in the area. What they managed to do was to put his chip I.D on the order which did two things. One, it prevented me from getting the benefit in terms of the reward dollars. It took me three or four months to sort that out with them and there's still a problem they still can't get that resolved under my account. And so every time  I get any notification from them it still has his membership number. The delivery person was not a happy camper, it seems as if he was totally unhappy with the job, his job and he just stood around, looked very morose and did things like flinging cards around. I was concerned that he was going to chip the paint. His service from that standpoint was mediocre.

They seem to have good price. Not easy to get someone that knows the products. Do you own research before you buy.

Responsiveness was terrible. I even called another store location to verify I had the right phone number, had the right hours of operation, etc.

THE BEST BUY STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. AS SOON AS I GOT THERE THE STAFF WAS WITH ME DIRECTLY.
