Yes, I recommend this pro
We mostly do drive up or online. Their online system works very well. It is easy to navigate and very self-explanatory. Any relatively computer literate person can use it. Our son and daughter-in-law recommended them to us because we were unhappy with the bank that we were using. They don’t have a lot of people there if we want to do anything other than cash a check. They did the refinance in a couple of days. We did two refinances and the first time the guy was a little slow but the second guy did a better job than the first.
