It was excellent. I was desperate, my charger had quit and I needed a new one. I raced to Vernon Hills. They were well organized, efficient. They have a huge inventory of almost any technology part. They were pleasant, a very professional operations. As soon as I walked in, the greeter checked stock and assured me that my part was available immediately. I did not have to wait in line and the overall impression was excellent and very welcoming.
