In 2015 my roof was near its end of life. Richard Cummings, owner of A-OK Exteriors, was very responsive when I called for a quote. He provided an estimate within a few days and his pricing was very competitive. His crew was prompt and professional. Richard Cummings himself was also on the job. When the job was complete, the crew did an excellent cleanup. I no longer need to worry about leaks or other issues since I used A-OK Exteriors: Quality roof and quality workmanship. Richard provided The Best Workmanship Warranty and an 11 year labor warranty.

We had shingles blow off in the last winter storm. Rick the roofer came out the next day and repaired in the snow. When Spring came we hired him for a complete tear off and replacement. Rick got the job done on time and in one day like promised. His workers were all professional and kept the job clean. Haven’t found one nail or debris. Would highly recommend Rick for your next roofing needs.

Complete roof tear off , some minor wood repair and installed ice and water dam protection and installed attic vents and new roof shingles. Mr. Cummings did an outstanding job with high quality materials. He made sure to show me where there was any damage and what he needed to do to make the repair. Mr. Cummings insured that his crew did a great clean up after the roof was on. He even went as far as walking our yard and drive with a large magnet on wheels to insure there were no nails to damage tires. I never found a nail after he was done with the job. Mr Cummings is a true gentleman and is a man who keeps his word. If you need a new roof or a repair he is the man to call. I could not ask for a better job nor a better crew to do the job. A-OK EXTERIORS gets 5 out of 5 stars from me. Our neighbors like Mr. Cummings and his work so much they just had their roof replaced by him last week.

Rick the roofer was great. He was professional, easy to get a hold of, started when he said he would, and also finished the job on schedule. It was a good experience and I will definitely recommend these guys. Great job.

As expected, with no surprises. Reliable, good quality work/supervision, and honest/ez to work with provider. In addition, provider was willing to transfer warranty to new buyers of the home.

As promised, done in one day - cleaned up and gone.

He is cautious and courteous. He was very concerned that I was happy with the job and how things were going. He told me to call him when the gutter was leaking so he could see where the water was coming from so I didn't have ice patches in the winter. He wanted to make sure he got the gutters sealed properly.

Richard came over to inspect the roof and gave us an estimate for the work. He fixed some shingles that were blowing off in the wind from the storm the previous night. He obtained the work permit from the village. He delivered the dumpster on the date he said it would arrive. He explained that his crew had to come from the city and would like to start a little later in the morning and work later towards evening. That was fine with me. The crew arrived promptly the next day. They worked until almost dark and finished the next day. They kept me informed on which exit to use if I needed to enter/leave the house so that I wouldn't get injured by flying shingles. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day and after the job was completed. I did not have to worry about nails being left around for my dog or kids to step on. Richard came by each day to ensure the crew was doing a good job and to see if I had any questions. I paid exactly what was estimated.
