The plumber was fine,  what he could do. The cleaning crew could be more professional, the head guy Steve especially could have explained things a lot better for me to know and understand and feel confident that 
what was going to happen and what was wrong. (where water was and that it wouldn't mold or smell musty) Which I was told it wouldn't and it does) sounded more like shop talk than how to convey what will be prevented by the service .  I just didn't like that they didn't have anything on their shoes or the machine that was clunked across my upstairs and down my carpeted steps and it leaked water on the stairs which needs cleaned now. Would have appreciated them asking where the things that needed moved from the wet area needed to be put instead of just putting them wherever they wanted. then they almost forgot to take insulation out which was all wet until I mentioned it and they just laid the carpet back with no fans on it . now it is musty smelling and needs replaced. Just a little to quick and today just doesn't feel very like such a good cleaning experience. Feel I need to still clean it. The first person that came out the night I called was great and explained things well, and the people who contacted by phone from the beginning stages  were fabulous too,  just wasn't the same professionalism and same level when the cleaning group came out.

They're very good. The person did not go with the first possible solution. Something was not right with him, he found the ultimate solution.

First time user. I had to make the call on Christmas eve, I tried everything I knew how to do first with no prevail. Arrived earlier then was said which was a blessing since we had family coming over shortly after. The service man was very professional, he even made sure to cover his shoes as he knew we were having family over and did not want to make a mess. He knew how scared we were that this would not be done in time. Still being very precise he worked as fast as he could, and getting the job done. Christmas was saved, and I did not have to listen to my in laws complainning. As a matter of fact he did his job so quick we were able to clean the basement area that was affected and no one knew there was ever a problem...Thank you ROTO ROOTER

They performed two services for me and both times they were excellent. The price was reasonable. They came within an hour or so.

It went fine. It runs fine. They gave a time frame as to when they would be here and they on time. I wasn't there when they were here. Their price are comparable.

It went wine but their price was expensive. Their punctuality was pretty good.

Provider arrived over two hours later than planed, however, I was not charged overtime. Provider was very professional and informative. I would use this company again.

They were great. We had to call them out on a Sunday and they came immediately. They were professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The clean up was good and left no mess.

I like the fact that they offer same day service. They knew right away what the problem was and took care of it. They offered helpful advice on future problems.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE HERE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS AFTER MY CALL. THIS PLEASED ME VERY MUCH. THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK AND BY NOON HAD THE PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF.
