Tested battery, provided honest assessment (borderline as to whether it's time to replace), and ultimately replaced.

Awesome.  I dropped it off when I wanted to, it was repaired while I was at work, and it was ready to go when I was done with work.  It was seamless, efficient and the problem is solved.

Just before I was about to leave on a road trip my tire warning light went on in my car. I stopped by and they checked my tires, added air and made sure everything was fine. I felt much better about leaving. i bought my tires here. The price was very competitive and included free alignment for the life of the tires. It is easy to get an appointment when you want one. The service is quick so I always wait there. It is a very no frills waiting area but fine and I know some people walk across the street to the little mall to pass the time. The people there have always been very good to me and I trust them. In the past I have been able to get in for an emergency with little notice. I do recommend Urbana Tire.

I go to this place any time there's something wrong with my car-- they do a lot more than tires! They can always get my car in to look at within a day or two, and the work is done shortly thereafter. I have always been skeptical of auto repair shops, but I can honestly say I trust these guys. They will tell me if something really needs to get fixed or if I can get by without it.
