 + -1 moreI wrote a negative review in Sept. 2013. I have found that the service has considerably improved since then. They have been prompt in responding to my inquiries and have frequently picked up extra trash with no extra charge. I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I've used his service for many years with no problems. About two weeks ago, they neglected to pick up a bag of yard waste as they have always done in the past. I've been trying daily to call them ever since then to inquire about why the bag wasn't picked up. Nobody has ever answered the phone, nor have they returned my call after I left a call-back number. I understand that the company is now being run by the younger generation of the family, which may explain why there's been such a radical change in service. I plan to change to another company.

 + -1 moreTerrible customer service and they just didn't do the job we paid them to do.
Description of Work: We used this company for our garbage pickup for over a year. They regularly forgot to pick up our garbage, and we had to call them all the time to come and pick it up. They never answer their phone, ever. Between November and December 2010, our garbage sat by our driveway for FOUR WEEKS (when we had paid in advance for pick up every week) with no pickup at all. We called and called, leaving a series of messages. I called and asked for a refund, and I asked them to call me back. They never did. We are switching and will NEVER use their services again.
