So much attention to detail from the time I called to completion of roof. The crew was extremely professional, courteous, and looking out for me the whole time. I can certainly see why so many people refer them. Very happy.

Excellent experience. They did a perfect color match. They also replaced bad color matched shingles from a lousy company who did my last repair. All with fast quick easy communication and only $175. They also left me the remaining shingles from the pack they bought for the job. This is how a minor roof repair should go.

The entire process went extremely well. He arrived at the promised time, was very nice and professional, has great equipment, did a lovely job on the repair, and saved us money by fixing it in a more affordable fashion then we had thought of or expected. We couldn't be happier!!! Will definitely contact the Roof Doctors for any future needs. And we have referred him to some other friends already and they too were happy with their experience.

They completed our roof in 2 days (even though it rained early the second morning). One of our concerns were our many flower beds. They covered them all (they leaned large sheets of plywood against the house over the flower beds) before they started working. Even after they initially started, I expressed that I wanted one of the beds to be covered better - and the foreman left right away to get more sheets of plywood to make sure everything was covered to my liking. Really nice and easy people to work with. Seriously, almost no mess - (just a very little bit in the attic -again, because they had to replace the sheeting) - they were amazing. And our new roof is spectacular - we are very happy!

Randy Roberts with the Roof Doctors was great to work with. Everything from the beginning to the end was handled with much detail and professionalism. He cares about his reputation and his work shows it. Clean up around the house was done on a daily basis also which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend them for a job well done!

Roof is great. The price went up a little from the quoted priced due to extensive water damage that wasn't visible in the initial inspection. Great warranty, fast service. Clean up could have been a little better but overall very happy.

Roof Doctors was recommended as doing a terrific job and saving customers money. That was our experience, too. Randy Roberts, the owner, carefully inspected the old roof and meticulously went over the estimate and what we could expect in the future. The job was done in one day and the roof looks great. Moreover, Randy is a delight to deal with--a great guy with a great laugh! We highly recommend him.

This was one of the worst home maintenance experiences I've ever had due to sloppy work and how problems were handled. Sales process was nearly flawless - A+, but did not come close to performing. Roof looks OK. Clean-up of nails and debris was abysmal (ruined one of a new set of vehicle tires and became a DIY job for me). Neglected to replace some rotted sheathing - installers stepped through it and the hole then leaked and damaged an interior ceiling when it rained before shingle work was completed. Promised to repair the ceiling but expected full payment before it was fixed. Owner became hostile and obnoxious when I insisted on a small hold-back until the ceiling was repaired. Never returned to repair ceiling. Bonus: crew left the work trailer in front of my house over the weekend after they "finished" the shingles (guess it was too much trouble to take with them). Cannot recommend Roof Doctors and will not use again.

Randy Roberts of Roof Doctors came to examine the roof and give me an estimate soon after I contacted him. He was very personable, explained the process, and answered all my questions. He gave the option of tearing off the old shingles and starting over or shingling over my present roof. Of the estimates I was given, no one else gave me the option. His estimate was the lowest and I hired him. Within a few weeks his crew came and roofed my house. They did a fantastic job and it looks beautiful. The day after they finished, Randy came to inspect the job with me, to be sure everything was complete and I paid him. He does not ask for money ahead, only when the job is complete. A 50 year warranty comes with the job. I highly recommend Roof Doctors.

The repair in May 2010 was the third visit. Each time they found something 'new.' Claimed that the new leak had nothing to do with the former leak. More leaks each time. Finally got someone else who found various obvious holes and poor new roofing that was a) not where the leaks were and b) were not integrated into the old roof resulting in new leaking. Awful. The new roofers were about the same price. So far so good. They actually temporarily fixed the roof while giving the estimate. The temporary fix worked well through several storms during the 2-3 weeks before they could do the final repair. I'll grade the new roofers (Bash and Pepper) soon, after enough time to see if the repairs are sound.

Overall excellent experience with Randy Roberts and his crew. In 2010 I needed a new roof on my single story residence in Champaign. I got 4 estimates and although his was not the lowest, it came within $100 of the lowest. Professional, experienced, prompt and did a wonderful cleanup at the end.

They worked great with us, provided experst service from start to finish. They matched the existing shingles perfectly worked hard and completed a job others said would take a couple days in one day with there skilled crew and foreman. Cleaned up there mess as well as were ploite and friendly throughout the entire process.

Several weeks after the initial roof replacement, I had the inside ceiling repaired and walls and ceiling painted. After that, it leaked more than before the roof replacement. They said they told me about the siding when I paid them, but they certainly did not! Why would I have paid another $450 for the interior repairs if they had told me I was at risk? I most certainly wouldn't. The man came to my office to collect the payment when the job was finished. I was not able to get any response from them when the inside leaked again. I was never able to speak to the owner and the other person was offensive about the problem.
