Horrible experience.  Awful communication.  Poor quality.  Not responsive.  Did I say poor quality?  High volume business model that does not give any consideration to customer.  Work orders were not completed correctly on initial delivery.  Took forever.  Timeline provided during purchase was completely inaccurate.  Still an ongoing process after two years.  Had I known what I was getting into, I'd have built a home from the ground up with a reputable builder.  BUYER BEWARE!!!  Complete scam artists.
