I bought a service card from them that provides certain services for free when you show the card, I used it for an oil change and only had to pay $3.00 for the oil recycling charge. It is a good deal. I unfortunately have misplaced my card. I was hoping that with their records and I have records, that they would know I had used and could give me a replacement for what was left on my card. They said no. I hope I find the card and if I do I will go there again. I know it is totally my fault for not having the card but I was disappointed that they were not willing to help me out.

I made an appt and used a prepaid card to get discounted services. I didn't have cash for the $3.00 charge to dispose of the used oil so I suggested I walk to the nearby bank and get cash. The worker did not agree to that, like it was some big deal - my car was still there and I wasn't going to leave it there. So I offered my credit card to appease him. He told me there is a dollar charge to use the card but that info was not posted any where. He was very rude when I said there is no law requiring such a charge. He threw the receipt and said he didn't have to deal with me. He then rudely stated, and quot;Well, do you think you can sign this!?and quot; (the receipt of services). Later, the manager contacted me via Facebook with further harassment. What kind of business does that?!?! I haven't used all the free services from the prepaid card and don't intend to - not worth it. I wonder how many other customers haven't used up their cards either due to nasty treatment.
