This has been a nightmare and horrible experience for the past year. We would like our desk returned to us in the brand new condition it was in before Hutchcraft broke it. Orin at Hutchcraft has no customer service skills. He has degraded our furniture and has refused to work with us to come to an agreement. He has blamed us and said this type of furniture can't withstand a move. Aren't they professional movers who should know how to move furniture? We have asked for $889 to replace the hutch piece on the desk that was broken and they have refused to do so. They have stated that " this type of wood can't be fixed" so why won't they pay for a new piece? We now live in Florida and the desk is in Illinois and they want US to pay to have a broken desk delivered to us by them for $1330 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have experienced horrible customer service. They were paid $6658 for the move, they got their money and now do not want fix a problem they caused. We would not recommend this company.
