Wonderfully, Greg was very good at explaining the work to be done and did a great job. Very easy to communicate with, I would definitely hire him again!

Greg is the a true professional, not only did he remodel the house I bought from him but he added a beautiful deck to finish off the back. Finished in a timely manner, no added expenses and communicated to me any issues along the way. He will be putting a porch on the front of the house too. Consider him for any projects!

I've done some contracting myself, and of everyone I've hired or worked with, Greg is head and shoulders above the pack (including myself). He is neat, clean, professional and his attention to detail is unmatched. Our bathroom was cleaner during the remodel than before he started. Excellent. I've used him for the last 6-8 years. He also built an entire shed for me based on a photograph. I want it to look like that and he did the whole thing himself. That was about 9 or 10 years ago. He is very prompt, courteous, have a wide variety of knowledge , and I would definitely recommend him for just about anything.

Greg was great to work with. He is a professional both in the quality of his work and in his communication with his customer. I have had work done by many other so-called “craftsman,” Greg’s work surpassed them all. I will definitely hire him again.

My wood shed is old and in need of repair. The most critical issue when I called Greg last November was that the roof started leaking badly. He came almost immediately and since I had no spare shingles,  he had to go out to purchase some before he could start. He finished the repair that same day.  I was very happy with his prompt response and his work, because a several days of heavy rain was predicted.
Future work
I have  a large wooden 10x12 Heartland shed that is at least 25 years old and I really need dry and secure space badly. This one had served well over the years, but it appeared to be rotting away along the bottom, the double doors were falling apart and coming loose, and the windows no longer worked.
I asked Greg to look the shed over and give me his opinion on whether it was salvageable or whether it should be replaced.  He said he felt that the basic structure was sound, but the wood sheathing that was beginning to rot. He proposed new vinyl siding with aluminum trim, new windows and rebuilding the doors, along with replacing the roof shingles.
I was relieved not have to empty the shed and have a new one brought in, so we plan on doing the work this spring.
