I have been using his services since 1999. He is terrific! He repaired my toilet and it is working just fine now. He mainly does electrical and he is very good at that. He has installed a light under my cabinet in my kitchen and also the coach lights in my garage.

Perfectly. Hal comes on time, bought the materials, did the installation, and cleaned up. Everything is working great. I have used Hal for over 10 years. He can do many things--electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
