They installed the Hopper and Sling. The Hopper works very well, the Sling (iPad) works OK but it could be vastly improved. | |It's really important to call a local, reputable dealer and NOT use whomever DISH decides to send you. None of these positive ratings apply to DISH representative. The best in Bloomington, IL is Hill Radio Inc, located at 2503 General Electric Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704. Telephone #: 309-663-2141. I don't know anything about the Urbana location that is mentioned on the top of the rating form. | |I canb't say enough good things about Hill's technicians who installed the Hopper and the Sling DVR.

They have been good. They have had to come back and adjust things. Their menu system is not very user friendly. They allow you to operate two TV's off of one box. The system is very complex to learn. The service is excellent. You have lots of channels. The quality of the service is great. The down time is rare.
