He provided an estimate
in a reasonable amount of time.  The completion of the project was just a little slow but not bad at all.  What concerned
me more was the quality which was very good.  The design was simple but elegant; the construction of the railing was
very solid. He installed it well, securing it to the concrete of our front steps.  Now our guests are safe when they try
to mount our front steps on a snowy or icey day.  I would definitely hire Mr. Rose again.
