CONCORD CUSTOM CLEANERS

These people are terrible! Incredibly rude and don't do anything close to a good job. I brought my wedding dress in right after my wedding (May 26 - wedding was May 24), they told me it would take a month (pick up on June 30). I went back 2 days later than the quoted day (July 2) and the staff spent 15 minutes looking for my dress before finding it crumpled up in a bin under the counter - it hadn't been touched. Was told to come back the first of the week, went back on Monday (which is what "first of the week" means to me) and dress was still sitting in the same bin. Was told by the manager "We closed early on Friday and were closed on Saturday for the 4th, how were we supposed to get it done? Common sense says first of the week is Tuesday after a holiday, you didn't give us enough time."  - they didn't call me to say the dress was done until Wednesday.
My delicate satin dress had spray tan stains (which, I was assured upon drop off, would be taken care of) on it and the stains were left sitting there for over a month without any kind of pre-treating at all. Because of that, they had to clean the dress twice and the stains still are not completely gone. Then they still charged me $100! Neither I nor anyone I know have had spray tan stain clothes if they are treated promptly and properly. This place has terrible customer service and clearly doesn't know how to take care of delicate garments. The dress is snagged in places and one of the seams is ripped, not to mention the hanger with my new last name made out of wire was completely mangled. Granted, that was my fault forgetting that the dress was on that hanger rather than a cheap one, but it still should not have been destroyed. So now my wedding dress and my special hanger that my mother had made for me are all but ruined. I am crushed, and these people were rude to me about it on top of it.
