Overall it was a good experience. Measuring was done incorrectly. Not enough carpet was ordered which delayed getting finished by one week. However carpet came in sooner than thought both times, so job was finished before the determined finish date. Also owner ate the addition cost since I had a signed contract for a specific amount and had paid half down when carpet was ordered. Having the owner admit it was their mistake and making it good was huge. The owners and carpet installers were all very professiona in their work. The owner was also concerned with my happiness in the product and service I got. I would do business again with Carpet Advantage and also would and have recommend(ed) them.

Very well. Subfloor material required unplanned underlayment to be installed. But overall very satisfied with company and installer. Would reccommend any time.

Salesman gave inaccurate estimates of time to a lot for wood floor installation.

This is a very, very good company!
They helped us decide on the type of carpet, then came to the house to measure. Afterwards, they email us an estimate.
We called to have the carpet ordered and it was in with the 7 to 10 days they said it would take.
We schedule the installed very quickly after that and a crew of professional installers came to to house and removed our old carpet then installed the new carpet.
It was a very good experience and we would use Capet Advantage again!!

Picking out the carpet was straight forward and fairly quick. We looked at a number of samples and zeroed in on the final choice. They came to the house and measured the job in about 20 minutes. The proposal was emailed the next day. We had somethings to finish up before the installation. We gave them a few days notice and they were ready on our time line. They worked very carefully. I expected to find a few scuffs and scrapes on the walls and trim, but couldn't find any. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We are quite happy quality and speed of the service.

FIRST OF ALL THEY CAME IN TO DO CARPET IN AN APARTMENT. THEY WERE LATE AND DID NOT LOOK SAFE TO LEAVE ALONE IN MY HOME. KENNY (ONE OF THE "INSTALLERS") STOLE CREDIT CARDS AND MAXED OUT, NOT TO MENTION EATING MY FOOD AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY POOR AND TOOK A VERY LONG TIME. CARPET ADVANTAGE HAS LOW PRICES FOR THE MATERIALS BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE FOR PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS TO COME TO MY HOME NOT PEOPLE WHO ARE GREASY LOOKING AND SLOPPY, NOT MENTION THEIVES. I WOULD RECCOMEND GOING TO LOWES, AS THEY HAVE SPECIALS ON INSTALLATION ALL THE TIME AND THERE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMED.
