The doctors are exceptional and will explain everything and more. The staff goes above and beyond what is normal. I would highly recommend these professionals!

This rating is not just for one event, but for about eight year of service. We have several dogs and cats. Dr. Thurman is very good at diagnosing problems, and has wonderful manner with the animals and with those of us who care for them and write the checks. None better in this area at least.

We have been going to Caring Hands since we moved to Champaign-Urbana 3 years ago. We have both a cat and a dog and we love the way Dr. Rebecca Buraglio and her staff care for our pets and their needs. We are very pleased with the care, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Our cat has had problems with food allergies, and Dr. Rebecca has patiently worked with us to find solutions to this problem. We love her kind and gentle manner with us and our pets! And all the vet techs who work at the office are wonderful, too. It's obvious that everyone working here loves animals. Our pets feel pampered on each visit.

We have been taking our cats and dog to Caring Hands for over four years now. Dr. Thurman and his staff are outstanding. They always take the time to pet our animals before they start examining them, and this helps calm our very nervous pets. They are also very gentle with them during examinations and have a great "bedside" manner. They are always patient with our many questions and concerns and explain things very well. Overall, we have been very happy with their services and will continue to visit them as long as we live in the C-U area.

The office is clean and bright. The office staff is friendly and competent, and the veterinary technicians show an obvious enthusiasm for your pet. The veterinarians (both Dr. Curt Thurman and Dr. Rebecca Buraglio) have a wonderful way with our dog, who can get stressed easily. She has never so much as flinched at a vaccination at Caring Hands, and has even allowed ear flushes with minimal protest. The vets also take time to discuss, explain, and make suggestions. We are very happy with them!
