A few months later the furnace quit again and I was baffled; acted like the igniter, but I had just replaced it. Aand R sent out a tech. Turned out the igniter had been defective. The manufacturer would not normally replace it for free because it had not been "installed by a qualified professional" as if it takes a genius to plug in a module. Aand R went to bat for me and in the end the total cost was reasonable -- but of course much higher than if the part had not been defective, though that's not their fault. Aand R's fellow was pleasant, fast, and informative; gave me good tips for do-it-yourself while he worked. Not everyone would. A+ for the company and for their fellow.

They come out and check everything. They charge me by the hour. It was $95 an hour and they charged me for four hours. I absolutely love their service and my serviceman Chris is amazing.

A and R employs the best plumbers and technicians in town. They are always punctual. They always do an excellent job they are experts.

They're a bit pricey, but they are really, really good. They put in water lines, faucets, a shower and shower heads. They were used by people I know who enthusiastically recommended them, and I would have to give them "A"'s across the board!
