It went very well.  Ignacio Espinosa came out on time on the date he indicated for the estimate and provided a drawing for proposed work.  His quote was not the cheapest but quite competitive.  He came out a second time to meet us in person and measure everything according to our expectations/requirements.  He even suggested a foot or two less on the width of the carport because we had allowed for a little too much room for cars parked side by side.  His crew came on the day that was indicated and they did the work in a very expeditious manner and the job looked great and has held up well.  The only criticism I have is that they slightly gouged a bit of the garage door frame, but it is a minor repair and otherwise completely satisfied.  I would definitely recommend Ignacio and Waukegan Paving's services to anyone that I knew was looking to have their driveway re-done.

The resealing went fine -- they were earlier than scheduled (thankfully we were home) and we have yet to receive a bill for the services.  We have contacted them for two services: 1) reseal the driveway and 2) provide an estimate for some paver stone installation.  They came as scheduled for the resealing, but were a no-show for the estimate appointment.  When I called, I was told they cancelled that appointment when they scheduled the resealing, but no one had called to tell us.  There was little effort to speak of to rectify this or reschedule when it would be convenient for us (they offered one time, and when I said we wouldn't be available, she just said they were sorry they couldn't come).  Based on the experience with the no-show, I am not sure if we will use them in the future.

He was very careful to make sure the pavers matched the walkway.  They were extremely affordable.  They stayed late and came early the next day to accommodate changes.  He gave me estimates for both asphalt and concrete and gave me a good honest recommendation as to what was best for my property even with it being the least costly option.

They are reasonably priced. They are actually lower than other quotes. They did a good job. I am satisfied with it.

Company came for estimate, described what would take place and provided estimate. On day of installation, company came on time and was done in about 1/2 a day. Company did everything as described and promised. Additionally, they were able to install a wire underneath the new driveway for a invisible fence installation later in the week. Installation of wire was completed as promised and worked out perfectly. I would use this company again in the future.

Everthing was excellent. I would use them again.
