It was an outstanding experience from the placing of the call to the promptness of the reply to the quality of the work done to follow up to make sure we were happy.







I called and left a message with the woman who answered the phone and she was incredibly friendly and outgoing. She assured me that they would follow up with me within 24 hours.







Much to our delight, they responded back within an hour (I had shared we were in a hurry and boy did they accommodate!) and since we were on a tight schedule, they actually did the work on the spot.







Since I was home, I was able to see them do the work and they didn't miss a beat. The quality of their work, and the attention to detail, as well as their efforts to clean up when they were done were all excellent. We could not have been happier.







As they were about to leave, we casually began discussing their other services and they provided an estimate on a 5 step lawn fertilization process and program. The price for their aeration was excellent and I also found their quote for the seasonal fertilization to be very, very good. We agreed and they did the work on the spot.







This is one of those small, local, family owned firms that really prides themselves on quality work, responsiveness, and making you feel like you are their only customer. I cannot stress the warmth of dealing with them enough. They are also extremely nice and professional people and we are thrilled with their work and their service. Highly recommend. The best lawn care company we have ever used!
