$600
It was a housing association and that they're promoting the building, that's all I can remember of how I've first heard of them. When we first move there, it was $600 but like I said it's kind of a down building so it depends on the expenses and things. The rent depended on what we have to pay for the maintenance of the building. Everybody knew each other, we had everybody's phone number in the building, if there was a problem, it was always a team effort.
