The Penske Movers, Penske Rentals, they were good. The Penske rental people in Columbia were good but I don't recommend the moving company that they have. We used the Penske 800 number. The people they contract locally that help you load and unload your rental truck, they were extortionists, they had us over a barrel. They came 2 hours to Springfield to unload our truck and we just couldn't take it, we were very uncomfortable with them. I wasn't pleased with the job that they did. I don't know who the movers are, I really don't know who the movers are. They are independent contractors. If you call the 800 number with Penske and they put you in contact with and they arrange for the people who come and meet you at either your leaving location or in location to load or unload the truck. I wouldn't use them again. As far as the rental place in Columbia, the Penske rental place, the truck and everything they did, I was pleased with that. We had to change the date umpteen times because our contract kept moving through. He were real good with making those changes with us. Don't use them, I don't recommend their moving people. Getting the truck and everything they were good. I would grade them high but except that I don't like their moving organization.
