It went well, I contacted them, they responded promptly, came to my home, surveyed the damage and gave me an estimate. On we my acceptance of the estimate, they put me on the schedule for the following Monday.
On Monday morning they arrived promptly, cut up and removed the limb, cut off the jagged stump where the limb had broken off., then removed all the attendant debris.
I am very well please with their work and would not hesitate to use them again.
