Handyman Service
Water was leaking through the frame of a window during the February thaw. Spartak Sulo (the owner) came, figured out that the problem was the gutter which had dammed because of the heavy snowfall and repeated freezing spells of this past winter (2013-2014). Spartak first cleared the ice from the gutter (carefully, so as not to damage the aluminum gutter). He returned after the rest of the ice had melted, repaired the damage caused by the ice dam, and added a downspout.
Spartak is amazing. We have used him for this type of work before. He also does work in the house - sealing cracks in walls, replacing faucets, etc. His workmanship is excellent, he is punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, has high quality work. If he can't do something, he'll tell you, and give you recommendations for somebody who can do it. His prices are more than reasonable.
