The furnace runs less now than it did, much better product than when I had before. The installation, they did a fine job. They came in, they turned the old furnace out and they had to do all kinds of stuff. They put everything back the way it was. They hooked everything up so that it worked pretty much the same as what it was. The difference is that the new furnace was able to work with the air conditioner so that I had to do less adjusting because when the humidifier works during the winter month, when you use the air conditioner, it automatically shuts the humidifier off. Right there, I didn't have to go around and change in and turning off the humidifier and turning off the water and all other stuff for the humidifier. It was a big help. The people that we're dealing were professionals and being in business, they acted being professional. They knew what they were talking. If I had questions, they answered all the questions. The salesman that came in and told us about it, he answered all of our questions and everything. The equipment as far as I tell is fine. I had no problem with it. I got a 20-year warranty on the thing. I can't complain.

They do a good job. They come in and they take care of everything. Nicor Solutions has done us a lot. We have also sewer repair through them. A couple of year ago, we had a sewer freeze line and they had come in and put in a new sewer. They did that. It was no charge for us before we pay for it by the month. I don't think we pay more than $10 or $15 a month for all of the service that they do for us. They told me that it was going to cost me close to $5000 or $6000 to have the work done, if I had to pay for it out of my own pocket, so this way they took care of it, fixed everything and everything is fine.

I think it's a good price. They might be too expensive for some people, but for me, I'm happy with it. Quality of work, they were absolutely fine. They do a good job. They clean up after themselves. When they said they were going to be here, they were there. They were punctual. They were within their time allotment what they told us. They explained everything to me, what they were going to do and what they would have to do.
