Baker was very personable on the phone and accommodated our tenant's schedule and got us an appointment the next day. He showed up when he said he would be there and not only cleaned up the unit (we recently purchased the rental unit & hadn't had the furnace serviced yet) and identified that the noise coming from the unit was the inducer motor going bad. He ordered the part and was back the following day to install it. He cleaned up the area before leaving and let us know if we had any problems with the unit he installed, he would be back to correct it. The furnace has been running great since and we haven't had any additional issues with it. I would highly recommend him as he did what he said he would do and although the unit is getting old, he didn't try to pressure us into replacing the whole unit.
