Customer Service at it?s FINEST! My 3 year old Stearns & Foster mattress split open on the side of the mattress and the Mattress FIRM warranty department determined that it was defective and that it was covered under the Stearns & Foster warranty. I went to the Lincolnwood Mattress Firm to get a replacement king size Stears and Foster mattress and was told by the salesman that I needed to PAY an additional $1000 to get a replacement since the credit issued by Mattress Firm warranty departmentI was not enough to ?buy" a new (low end) Stearns and Foster King Mattress. Another option that I was given was that I could PAY $400 and get a new Sealy set. This store did nothing to assist me (a good customer) in replacing my defective mattress and made this an even more difficult process. My position was that I did nothing wrong, and yet was told that I needed to PAY to replace something damaged by a manufacturer's defect. In my frustration, I went to a different Mattress Firm, located in Chicago, in the South Loop neighborhood. Jazmine Loving was the answer to my prayers! She took the time and figured out a solution for getting me a replacement mattress. I understand that there was nothing which benefited with this store location or Jazmine, but she gave awesome customer service and my warranty issues are solved! ...no thanks to Lincolnwood Mattress Firm. For the record, I am STILL waiting for the manager of the Lincolnwood Mattress Firm to call me back.
