Do not waste your time or money! I called Leisure Time Pool & Spa to have them come and service my Spa. He (Rich) told me on the phone, it would be a one time $100.00 service charge. He came to my house and told me that he thought it was the circulation pump that needed to be replaced and that he had to order the part and it would be in in about a week, but he was going on vacation so he couldn't replace it until after he got back. I paid him the $100.00 service charge and he left. I called about a week later and made the appointment for him to come back and replace the circulation pump. We made arrangements for him to come and replace that part on the following Monday morning. I took off a half day of work to be home so he could come and replace that part, at 8:30 that morning, I called Rich to ask him about what time he would be at my house, his response "it's 6 degrees outside, I'm not coming". I get it, I understand not working in the cold, but thank you for letting me know! So I wasted a half day off of work for nothing! We made another appointment for that Thursday, so I took another half a day off of work. He got to my house and said "that part (the circulation pump) does not need to be replaced, it's the heating element that needs to be replaced". OK, it was a cheaper fix so I was happy. He replaced that part, I paid him and he left. I went out to the spa a few hours later, spa still not heating up, I called him, we made arrangements for him to come back again. When he came back he said there was nothing wrong, that I had the spa in "sleep" mode. Ok, I didn't touch any buttons, because the spa was still not usable...so he did something to it and said was in operating order and he left. A few hours later I go to check the spa, still not heating up. I called him on December 23 and left a message that my spa still was not working. No response. I called again on December 28, no response. I called again on January 5. He did finally call me back only to tell me that he could not/would not come back to my house to work on the spa because now he thinks the circuit board has to be replaced and he was not going to do that and that every time he comes to my house it takes up half of his day. Well, so much for him telling me that one time $100.00 service charge was just that, no matter how many times he had to come out to make sure my spa is in working order. I guess not! So I had to start all over with another company and another service charge. I had another company come to my house and they found the problem right away. It was indeed the circulation pump. They replaced that and the heating element that Leisure Time Pool & Spa replaced because they said it was the wrong size. So again, don't waste your time or money.
