The whole experience was horrible.  Our house was on the market on  July 4th.  During that time we were out of state and the Realtor wanted to show our house while we were gone and we did not agree to doing that.  Our reason for that decision was due to our house being shown before while we were out and our sliding glass door was unlocked.  We were working with Roxanne Huxford and during the purchase process she was out of town for 4 weeks without letting us know.  The owner J.P. was working with the person buying our home and would give the inspectors a key to our house, and they would show up unannounced.  This was very upsetting due to me nursing my child when the inspector showed up. The inspector even got upset and only stayed for 45min during the walk through and with the size of our home it should have taken a couple of hours.  J.P. and the buyer were notified that inspection had to be completed by July 25th and anytime after that we were not responsible for any repairs that needed to be made.  J.P. had the inspector come on July 25th which was very inconvenient.  Half an hour before the closing J.P. and the home buyer showed up at the house unannounced and complained about the drywall, back stairs, and painting the walls at the closing.  They wanted us to repair those things and tried to charge us $750 to have both the drywall, back stairs repaired, and painting the walls.  We finally settled on $500 just to have the situation finished.
