JJ'S Heating And Cooling

First called another company and they couldn't figure it out and said I would halfto replace it. I could not afford that so I then called this company and they sent a tech out and he figured the problem out in about an hour. They had to order the part from the supplier but left me a space heater to use. I feel he went above and beyond what is required and am very thankful that he figured it out instead of just say it needed replaced.

I turned my furnace on for the first time and it was not working. I called them and a man named Jackie came out. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem rather fast. I asked him many questions and he didn't rush to answer anything and made sure I fully understood everything I asked about. I will definitely use this company again.

Well when my furnace stopped working I called them up and told them what was going on they came just a couple hours later. The service guy had the problem figured out within 5 minutes if not quicker I was very surprised. I am extremely grateful for how quick and nice he was about everything. (and very thankful for my heat again lol) Anyways it was a very good experience and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
