 + 0 moreEdgar was recommended by a friend as very reliable and good handyman. I called him for an estimate and he came and provided one. I needed a fan installed in one bedroom that did not have one, change out an existing one in our second bathroom, do some tiling work and then replace a GFI outlet. He provided a very reasonable estimate. I hired him. I went and bought the fans that I wanted installed, the GFi outlet and then he came and did all the work. It took him about six hours. He and his assistant were very professional.
Description of Work: He installed a new bathroom fan (where none existed) so he ran electrical wire and then installed it. He had to run the wire in the attic with little space to work up there. He changed the light switch out to include the fan switch. Then he replaced an existing fan in the other bathroom, installed a new switch there as well. Then he repaired some tiles in this second bathroom, and replaced a GFI switch on the outside of the house. He was done with all this in about 6 hours.
