Arrived at exactly the scheduled time. Was polite and helpful about answering questions. Did the job in a very reasonable amount of time (in spite of frozen shut-offs and old faucet that was practically welded in place due to long-time leak) , and everything is working great. The cost was a pleasant surprise rather than a horrible shock. Have used their services in the past and we will not hesitate to rely on them in the future.
