I called to tell the owner about the dent and the dryer door that swings shut and she basically told me that her delivery men did not dent the dryer and that all dryer doors swing shut when you're trying to load wet laundry in them. There's no way I dented that dryer, and as far as "all dryer doors swing shut", that's bull! Very, very unprofessional and rude.

Awesome! They are very good. They were quick to come out and fix it. He knew what he was doing. He is very professional.
