Bryan's Heating and Air Conditioning

Our furnace went out overnight and I spent most of the day trying to get our home warranty company to send out a repair man TODAY (they said they could have someone here tomorrow morning).  With a low of 7 degrees forecast for overnight and a 4 yr old in the house I thought it was a bit unreasonable for them to ask me to wait until tomorrow morning.  I finally told them I would find someone myself.  My friend referred me to Bryan's Heating & Air Conditioning.  I talked to owner Bryan Grob late in the afternoon and he came out within an hour of speaking to him.  He was able to figure out the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to replace the wall thermostat.  I spent more time on the phone today between the home warranty company and their recommended repair company than it took Bryan to get the heat working again.  I will definitely be calling Bryan first next time I need furnace (or air condition) service!
I did not really know how to grade him on cost because I don't know what emergency service and parts normally run, but it was certainly worth the 150.00  for the quick, professional service and to have heat tonight!
