I really don't have any review comments right now but so far it has been pleasant. As far as the bid goes, he was excellent. He was patient with me and he offered to come on site and explain what his plans were for the HVAC lay out. It was great. He turned around the bid very fast and gave me a followup call because we were trying to work through a general contractor. That didn't work out but I am now working directly with him. He came on site to work with my carpenter so, it worked out pretty good. I had the bid within a week and he gave me a follow up call without me calling him. I really appreciated that. His price is very reasonable. He will likely do my maintenance.
