It was a very cold day and they called and said that delivery would be between noon and four and they call about three and said that they were tired up running late and probably be there about between six and seven and we did not hear any more and they finally showed called about nine o'clock and showed up here about nine thirty. and then when they showed up they were very very good, they were very fast and efficient, in fact it was free installation was include cause we bought a kitchen aid dishwasher and they had a special going where for kitchen aid free installation and then we paid them a minimum amount for them to haul away the new one like fifteen dollars.
