Best Art Construction

Jack's quote came in 10-12K under my other 3 quotes - which is usually a bad sign to me.  However, my architect had worked with him several times and vouched for their quality.  I went with Best Art since I had this vote of confidence.  The job was to pour a concrete foundation and build an addition to my garage.  The new room is approximately 12'x17', with dormers, cedar siding, fully finished with 2 outside doors, 2 large windows, HVAC and sound proofing.  The various teams he had in to do the demolition, concrete, framing, electrical, carpentry, and painting were all total pros - fast, efficient and master craftsmen - no day laborers were ever used.  The addition looks amazing, he made adjustments and changes as needed without increasing his price or complaining.  They also demolished my deck and built a new large deck and balcony with Trex.  Again, no issues at all.  Everything was done to look great and when adjustments or clarifications were needed, no more money was asked for.  This also came in way under my estimates for cost.  He did have several projects going on at once, so sometimes workers didn't show up on days when I was expecting them, but the timing wasn't crucial for me as it was being done over the winter months and saving 10K with Best Art made me all that much more patient. I'm sure I got the great deal because they are busy and have a lot going on.  I would definitely use them again for any new construction or renovation work.  Highly recommended.
