From the very beginning to end it was bad, they lie all the time. They don’t want to set appointments they only give two week’s period so I have to wait. They were late even after setting up a two weeks window. A Month later my furniture arrived and they don’t give a specific date. You take off for work and change everything and they don’t show up or just late. They did not put blankets over my brand name Ashely furniture it was all scratched up. After I filed a claim for my furniture they decided to pay .50 for the damage and I denied it because that wouldn’t cover my furniture. I bought insurance for the move but because they delivered it a month late the insurance had already expired. So I wasted 600 dollars. They asked for pictures for the damage. They said they were going to send an email to let me know how much they would send for the damages but I never received it. They said this was supposed to be replied to in 30 days but because I didn’t reply they said the offer expired. They had my phone number on file but did not call me about this matter, but they called me plenty of times before this for other things. I want to get a Lawyer to sue them because they are playing around with getting me the money. The truck that they sent was too small to load my furniture and I was being naive by not asking what the trucks weigh. They packed my frames and pictures with a cheap product from home depot they may only cost $4 but charge me $70 to pack it. This company doesn’t have their own movers they hire their movers and they don’t speak good English which is not good! If I had the time and money to sue them I would. From the beginning to end they lie all the time. I would have rather to hire Penske or someone else to move my things for my new job but they just ignored me.
